Once you’ve made an appointment at Mitchell Family Medicine, rest assured you’re in good hands. Prior to visiting us at our Marion, AR offices, please download “My Chart” from the app store on your phone. Once you sign up, choose Baptist One Care—don’t worry, we are not affiliated with Baptist! You can give us call and ask a staff member to text you a link!
To save time at your appointment, we recommend you print, fill out, and sign all relevant forms and policies. We look forward to seeing you (and your completed forms)!
What to Expect
Before Your Visit
Please remember to bring:
-Photo ID
-Insurance Card
You will be sent several reminders about your upcoming appointment, including text and email.
Coming Into the Clinic
After parking, please go through the main doors and proceed to check-in. Our “Director of First Impressions” will greet you with further instructions. Things to do:
-Cozy up to our fireplace
-Charge your devices – USB ports and outlets are incorporated into our furniture
-Enjoy The Ark with your children
After Your Appointment
All patients will exit past the check-out window to book any further healthcare appointments.
-You have the option and convenience to fill your prescription at our in-house pharmacy!
